Warm Turkey, Cranberry & Goat's Cheese Salad

A seasonal favourite of ours that is great served on a crusty slice of toast as a light lunch, or in smaller portions as a starter. Great for using those turkey leftovers following Christmas lunch! Our Sweet Cranberry dressing was made for this dish! Available from October to January only, you'll need to stock up!

200g Turkey strips or left over turkey
50g Goats Cheese, crumbled
Mixed Salad
Cherry Tomatoes

Fry the turkey strips in the oil until cooked through.
Once cooked, with your pan still over the heat, add the Sweet Cranberry Dressing. Let the dressing caramelise onto the turkey and after a few minutes remove from the heat.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a salad bowl; add the turkey and any remaining dressing from the pan.
