Hummus Dip
INGREDIENTS
A very simple hummus recipe that can be whizzed together in minutes. Our rapeseed oil with Garlic provides the classic hummus flavour and it makes for the perfect dip for sharing.
Makes a dipping bowl full!
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil with Garlic
1 tin of chickpeas drained (200g)
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp water
A good pinch of salt and pepper

METHOD
Blend together all the ingredients with either a hand blender or in a food processer. Season to taste and garnish with a sprinkling of cumin seeds.
Our top tip...
Try drizzling in a little Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil with Chilli or Smoked Chilli Dressing for a bit of a kick!
