Honey & Oat Cookies

One of the easiest baking recipes ever and so quick to make, these simple cookies have saved many a tea break! Baking with our cold pressed rapeseed oil is a winner here!
Makes 12 cookies

150g plain flour
1 tsp baking power
110ml Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil
1 medium free range egg
100g golden caster sugar
20g ground almonds
40g oats
2 tsp British runny honey

Pre-heat the oven to 180C / 350F / Gas Mark 4.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and bring together to form a cookie dough. Shape into 12 equally sized balls and place across two baking trays so they can be spaced out evenly.
Push down gently with a fork and place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool.
